Job summary

Computacenter seeks a Global Stock Level Manager to oversee IT hardware inventory for international clients, focusing on North America with future global expansion. The role ensures service product availability across a worldwide warehouse network and proactively identifies shortages to maintain service continuity.

You will manage end-to-end ordering, asset tracking in SAP/Service Now, and daily stock audits, leveraging forecasting tools to optimize stock levels and accelerate data-driven

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Supply Chain, Inventory Control, or ITAM; 3+ years acceptable with progression.
• Experience in IT services or hardware industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal stocking levels across global warehouse locations.
• Forecast shortages using metrics and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts.
• Oversee end-to-end ordering, receipt, and booking processes.
• Maintain asset records in SAP and ServiceNow across interfaces.
• Prepare forecast data for review with internal stakeholders.
• Perform daily audits of stock levels and reconcile system data.
