Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Manager - IT Factory & Datacenter Services to lead and manage infrastructure service delivery across a global footprint, including Factories, Integration Centers (ICs), and Corporate Data Centers.

This role ensures reliable, scalable delivery of IT and physical infrastructure services supporting factory throughput and enterprise platform availability. This hybrid position reports to the Somerset, NJ office and requires strong leadership, ITIL

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years IT infrastructure, operations, or service delivery.
• 5+ years leadership of global teams.
• Experience with ITSM/ITIL and SLA-driven operations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and HAM/CMDB is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery across Factories, Integration Centers, and Data Centers globally.
• Define, monitor, and report SLAs, KPIs, and service performance metrics.
• Drive standardization of service delivery processes across locations.
• Oversee physical infrastructure operations: rack, cabling, power, and cooling.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management with global teams.
