Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, IT to shape the enterprise IT vision and execution for a global organization. The role focuses on end-user computing, collaboration platforms, office IT, and secure, scalable operations.

Based in Menlo Park, CA, you will partner with executive stakeholders to advance modernization, compliance, and AI adoption across regions while leading a high-performing global IT team to ensure high service quality.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience, including leadership in global settings.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, identity, access and device management.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and define the company's multi-year IT strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align IT capabilities with business goals.
• Advocate for and implement an IT-led AI adoption roadmap with measurable success.
• Manage global IT operations and ensure high service quality across regions.
• Oversee IT infrastructure and automate service delivery.
• Drive IT security compliance and coordinate with the CISO on incident responses.
• Cultivate and lead a high-performing global IT organization.
