3M in Maplewood, MN is seeking a Manager - Global Make to Deliver Engineering & Maintenance Product Owner to lead procurement tech strategy and deployment. You will architect solutions across SAP and multi-platform environments, guiding global teams in a complex ECC to S/4HANA transformation.

The role requires strong collaboration with procurement, IT, and supply chain teams, plus experience mentoring others and delivering end-to-end tech solutions. On-site with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed and verified prior to start.
• Five years in Enterprise Operations and/or Business Group procurement or supply chain in various sectors.
• Five years of IT, OT, or business process systems experience.
• Five years of leading projects in complex environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical solutioning for internal and external procurement across SAP-based and multi-platform environments.
• Serve as solution architect for active transformations including GEP and ECC to S/4HANA upgrades.
• Define end-to-end technical solutions and integrations across internal SAP and external procurement capabilities.
• Partner with procurement, supply chain, and IT to align capabilities with requirements and goals.
• Evaluate and resolve design, integration, and operational challenges in the procurement tech landscape.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a global IT team while managing ERP/legacy system support.
