Job summary

3M is seeking a Manager - Global Make to Deliver Engineering & Maintenance Product Owner to drive technically integrated procurement solutions. The role focuses on internal intercompany and external procurement systems, including SAP, GEP, and legacy integrations. You will lead a global IT team and coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and IT to meet business needs.

Work location is Maplewood, MN, on-site with up to 10% travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, verified prior to start.
• 5+ years of Enterprise Operations and/or Business Group procurement or supply chain experience.
• 5+ years of IT, OT, or business process experience.
• 5+ years of leading projects in relevant environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solutioning for Internal and External Procurement systems and processes.
• Serve as the solution architect for SAP-based and multi-platform environments.
• Define and deliver end-to-end technical solutions and integrations across internal and external capabilities.
• Partner with procurement, supply chain, and IT teams to align system capabilities with goals.
• Evaluate and resolve design, integration, and operational challenges across procurement tech landscape.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a global IT team.
