Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a Sr SAP Solutions Architect/Lead for SCM & Mftg to drive S/4HANA adoption across global manufacturing locations, with emphasis on PP, PM, QM, MM, EWM, and SD. The role is primarily remote with periodic travel and an immediate start for a 6-12 month engagement.

You will conduct site assessments, map ECC to S/4HANA, and guide functional teams through standard processes while minimizing custom development. Prior leadership in manufacturing SAP deployments is essential.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of SAP functional experience in manufacturing and supply chain.
• S/4HANA migration experience (ECC to S/4HANA) with out-of-the-box processes.
• Experience with MES integration and global, multi-site SAP landscapes.
• Background in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed as-is process reviews at CLIENT sites or defined product lines.
• Map current SAP ECC processes to S/4HANA OOTB equivalents and identify gaps.
• Collaborate with site teams to understand local nuances and drive standardization.
• Lead workshops and walkthroughs to align site processes with global S/4 blueprint.
• Document functional specs for justified configuration or development.
• Coordinate with blueprint teams to ensure consistency and avoid duplication.
• Support selection of pilot site or MVP workflow for early value demonstration.
• Provide inputs into 2–3 solution options for mid-March presentation.

Job Title: Sr SAP Solutions Architect/Lead for SCM & Mftg - Remote

PP, QM, PM, MM, SD & EWM S4 HANA Migration - With command of Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM), Material Mgmt (MM), EWM & SD functional Consultants Hybrid with Travel

Client pays all travel expenses and it would be occasional travel mostly remote.

Role Summary

SAP Functional SME with proven, hands-on experience in manufacturing and supply chain SAPmodules. You will need to conduct site-by-site process assessments acrossCLIENT's global manufacturing locations(in USA), driving adoption of OOTB S/4HANAprocesses and minimizing the need for custom development.

Key Responsibilities
