• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, business, or related tech field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

• Lead strategic vendor leadership aligned with roadmaps and priorities.
• Serve as IT relationship owner for assigned suppliers and governance meetings.
• Define commercial protections and SLAs; manage renewals and contracts.
