Job summary

C-Serv is seeking a Consultant Engagement Coordinator to support a dispersed IT consulting team across regions, acting as a day-to-day contact to remove blockers and protect the team's ability to perform at their best.

You will onboard new joiners, manage EOR relations and visas, handle renewals, approve timesheets and expenses, and collaborate with Professional Services Managers to ensure smooth project kick-offs and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and mentoring a dispersed IT team.
• Track record of running performance reviews and development plans.
• Hands-on experience working with Employer of Record (EOR) providers.
• Solid grounding in HR administration and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Problem-solver who resolves issues quickly and owns them until closure.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a dispersed IT consulting team of 12 with monthly 1:1s and retention risk flags.
• Onboard new joiners: access, paperwork, and first four weeks alignment.
• Manage EOR contracts, start dates, work permits, PTO and payroll queries.
• Keep visas and sponsorship documents current and compliant.
• Track upcoming contract renewals, contribute to pricing and cost modelling, and run renewals.
• Approve timesheets and expenses, and handle client reimbursements.
• Collaborate with Professional Services Managers to ensure smooth project kick-offs and escalate as needed.
