Job summary

onsemi is seeking a Manager, IT Internal Audit to lead a global IT audit team and shape technology risk management across the organization. You will drive modern audit practices using automation, AI, analytics, and continuous monitoring, reporting to the VP of Internal Audit, and partnering with IT and cybersecurity leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science or related field; CISA/CISSP/CIA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in internal/external audit, technology risk, cybersecurity, or IT controls within a Big 4 firm or U.S. public company.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing complex audit, advisory, and assurance engagements with senior leadership.
• Experience leading IT risk assessments, risk-based audit plans, and audits across technology, cybersecurity, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance and control frameworks (COSO, COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL, SOX, SOC).
• Strong leadership, project management, and executive communication skills for senior leadership and Audit Committee.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies and opportunities to leverage AI/automation for audit gains.

• Oversee lifecycle of technology and cybersecurity audits from risk assessment to reporting.
• Lead innovative audit approaches using automation, AI, and analytics.
• Provide SME for global IT operational audits and remediate deficiencies.
• Advise management on digital transformation, AI adoption, and tech risks.
• Lead technical audits like Oracle Cloud Fusion, RMC, and ERP cybersecurity controls.
• Communicate complex risks through executive reporting to Audit leadership.
