Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing and testing SOX controls across cloud, SaaS/PaaS, or on-prem environments.
• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced understanding of SOX/audit methodologies and risk management in tech/finance environments.
• Experience auditing or using AI systems and tools, including AI governance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own IT audit projects and SOX program components, with timelines and resource coordination.
• Serve as SME in SOX technology compliance across multiple systems and units.
• Drive delivery of the internal audit plan meeting established standards and KPIs.
• Build relationships with process owners, co-sourcing partners, and external auditors.
• Enhance consistency and quality across the SOX program, handling ad-hoc audits.
• Collaborate to build formal AI auditing methodologies and governance.
• Identify AI-enabled audit improvements while maintaining independence and reliability.
