ABN AMRO Clearing USA LLC (AAC-USA) is seeking an experienced Information Technology Asset Manager to join our Global IT Service Management team in Chicago. You will help maintain Asset and Configuration Management processes and CMDB while partnering with global colleagues across NA, Europe, and APAC.

You will ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and service reliability, with the role based in Chicago and a minimum of three onsite days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Asset & Configuration Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Asset Management processes and tooling.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB functionality.
• Strong ITSM knowledge and ITIL familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and enhance the Asset and Configuration Management process and CMDB.
• Ensure asset and configuration data accuracy and reliability.
• Support governance, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with technology teams to improve data quality and visibility.
• Evolve ServiceNow Asset and Configuration Management capabilities.
• Monitor regulations and internal controls for compliance.
• Ensure processes operate per standards and controls.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen governance and operational effectiveness.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting.
• Analyze performance metrics and present recommendations to leadership.
