Job summary

Job&Talent is seeking a Principal IT Engineer to own the technology experience of our global workforce. This senior individual-contributor role covers identity, endpoint management, workplace apps, IT automation, security controls, and service operations across multiple countries and time zones.

You will partner with Security, Engineering, People, Finance, Legal and business teams to ensure employees can work securely and efficiently with minimal friction.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in corporate IT, workplace technology, identity, endpoint management, or related roles within global technology companies.
• Experience in a global, product-led, fast-growing tech environment with enterprise platforms like Google Workspace and Workspace ONE.
• Strong knowledge of SSO, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, MFA, identity lifecycle management, and device trust.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and continuous improvement of our corporate IT environment.
• Manage and optimize identity, SSO, authentication, device management, and access controls.
• Define endpoint standards across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices; drive device trust and secure access.
• Evaluate and implement new workplace technologies and SaaS solutions.
• Lead IT operations and global helpdesk to improve scalability and reliability.
• Mentor junior IT engineers and define technical standards and procedures.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, and access-management workflows.
