Ladders is seeking a Principal IS Architect to shape identity and access across enterprise platforms with a strong emphasis on security, resilience, and operational integrity. The role leads architectural oversight for identity management initiatives, partnering with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to support secure digital operations.

Qualificações

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of experience in Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent experience with a Master's, Bachelor's, Associate's, or high school diploma/GED.
• Knowledge of Web Access Management and SSO technologies such as Entra ID, Okta, and Azure
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure Identity and Access Management
• Scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell or Perl

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical oversight for identity management projects, ensuring security and integrity
• Lead architecture and integration of enterprise secrets-management capabilities
• Manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and guide disaster recovery exercises
• Implement technologies related to cybersecurity and digital trust, focusing on continuous improvement
• Develop business cases and presentations on information security technologies
