Job summary

North Point Technology seeks an experienced ERP Technical Lead to shape global ERP strategy across SAP, Oracle, and related platforms. You will drive architecture, security, integrations, and cloud transformation while aligning with business transformation goals.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage complex ERP programs, and ensure compliance, reliability, and performance across global environments. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or eight years of related professional experience.
• At least 10 years in SAP Basis, SAP Security, and Oracle database administration.
• Experience designing and leading enterprise IT architecture.
• Hands-on SAP HANA implementations, administration, configuration, migrations, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP integrations and cloud/enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global ERP strategy, architecture, and roadmaps for SAP and Oracle platforms.
• Own ERP security, SoD, SOX, and audit readiness across environments.
• Direct development, enhancements, and API integrations; drive cloud-transformation.
• Oversee performance, upgrades, migrations, and vulnerability remediation.
• Mentor global teams of architects, developers, and security specialists.
