Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is seeking an experienced IP litigator to lead global IP strategy and counsel. You will shape litigation priorities, manage a broad IP portfolio, and work with engineering, product, and legal teams to protect Reddit’s brand and innovations.

You will guide complex copyright, patent, trademark, and trade secret matters, collaborate with outside counsel, and navigate evolving tech landscapes with strategic business insight.

Qualifications

• JD and active US state bar license required.
• 10+ years of IP litigation experience, preferably with big law and in-house tech exposure.
• Strong understanding of copyright, patent, trademark, and trade secret law.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Reddit’s worldwide IP litigation strategy in line with product roadmaps and business goals.
• Oversee global IP portfolio aligned with business priorities and competitive differentiation.
• Guide international litigation and strategic stance on diverse IP matters.
• Provide cross-functional counsel on copyright, patent, trademark, and trade secret issues.
