Job summary

TransPerfect seeks an experienced IP recordal professional to oversee global recordal projects, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation across multinational portfolios. You will manage assignments, name/address changes, and portfolio updates, coordinating with clients and foreign associates to maintain high-quality records.

The role emphasizes process improvement, project leadership, and proactive problem solving within a fast-paced, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; JD or paralegal preferred but not required.
• 6+ years in recordal processes with patent, trademark or IP legal exposure preferred.
• Strong project management and ability to lead a globally-based team.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee global recordal projects across client portfolios.
• Implement and update standardized IP processes and trackers.
• Maintain compliance with country-law requirements for recordal.
• Prepare regular reporting and conduct internal and client meetings.
• Escalate delays and manage deadlines for a multinational team.
• Coordinate with agents and clients to ensure accurate records.
• Support documentation for assignments, name/address changes, and portfolio updates.
• Drive efficiencies and support governance of IP services.
