Job summary

Clarivate Analytics is seeking a Lead Project Manager to govern a global project portfolio and drive standardized project execution across regions. You will oversee resource allocation, tooling, and executive reporting, aligning delivery with strategic objectives.

The role requires 10+ years in project/program management, strong certifications, and experience with enterprise PMO tools. A collaborative leadership style and IP domain familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined experience in project/program management, professional services, software implementation, customer success or customer support roles.
• 3+ years of experience with enterprise PMO tools (Project Insights, Jira, Power BI).
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMOCP, PRINCE2, or APM/IPMA.
• IP experience or experience with Clarivate Intellectual Property software is a plus.
• Collaborative leadership style with ability to drive alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate a federated portfolio governance model focused on standards and enablement.
• Provide portfolio-level visibility into performance, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across regions.
• Facilitate global resource sharing and capacity planning; address capacity gaps and demand fluctuations.
• Own the selection and optimization of PMO tools and ensure standardized data collection for reporting.
• Deliver executive dashboards and reports on portfolio health, KPIs, and delivery performance.
• Enable adoption of standard processes, tools, and governance models across the organization.
• Lead initiatives aligned to business objectives and drive successful delivery with stakeholders.
