Job summary

Fluence Energy seeks a Head of Industrial Relations to partner with the executive team and lead investor relations strategy, ensuring clear communication with investors, analysts, and capital markets stakeholders. You will drive earnings processes, develop investor messaging, and supervise cross-functional IR workstreams across Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications.

Requirements include 15+ years of financial experience with 8+ years in IR, together with a deep understanding of SEC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field required; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
• At least 15 years of sophisticated global financial experience with 8+ years in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Equity Research, or related fields.
• Experience leading Investor Relations in a publicly traded renewables organization or adjacent industry.
• Strong understanding of SEC reporting, Reg FD, disclosure controls, and capital markets standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Fluence’s investor relations strategy and narrative in line with growth objectives and external positioning.
• Own and refine investor messaging, ensuring clarity, data-driven content, and consistency with leadership priorities.
• Prepare investor materials including earnings decks, roadshows, and leadership briefing documents.
• Manage investor inquiries and liaise with executives to support earnings cycles and external communications.
• Provide market intelligence and communicate shareholder trends to senior leadership.
