Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Petroleum Engineering, Geology or related field (minimum)
• 8+ years in investor relations or financial communications roles
• Strong knowledge of securities regulations and public company disclosures
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the IR team and set priorities.
• Develop and execute the IR plan and messaging framework.
• Oversee investor communications, earnings materials, and roadshows.
• Coordinate earnings calls and investor events with leadership.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of disclosures with securities rules.
