Invesco Ltd. seeks a Head of Global Investments Learning & Development to lead global training strategy for investment professionals. You will partner with senior leaders, design scalable development programs, and oversee onboarding, CPD tracking, and budget management.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on program execution across regions, leveraging external providers and internal experts to raise investment capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience designing, coordinating, or managing training programs for investment professionals preferred.
• Experience with CPD systems and learning platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a global investment learning and development strategy aligned with Investments Leadership’s objectives.
• Identify training needs with senior investment leaders and prioritize resources.
• Design learning pathways for new joiners, analysts, and senior investors.
• Organize induction and onboarding programs for investment professionals.
• Coordinate training delivered by internal experts and external providers.
• Manage CPD systems, reporting, and vendor relationships.
• Budget planning, governance, and continuous improvement of the program.
