Job summary

Invesco seeks Head of Global Investments Learning & Development to lead the global learning platform for investment professionals. You will partner with senior leaders and external providers to identify training needs, build scalable programs, and support talent development across regions and asset classes.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on program management, CPD tracking, and budget oversight, driving continuous improvement and alignment with firm objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree, CFA charterholder, coaching qualification, or L&D certification preferred.
• Experience in asset management or investment education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a global investment learning and professional development strategy aligned with Investments Leadership’s objectives.
• Identify training needs with senior investment leaders and internal subject matter experts.
• Design and maintain learning pathways for onboarding, analysts, portfolio managers, and senior investors.
• Coordinate internal and external training providers, budgets, logistics, and vendor management.
• Track CPD hours, training completion, and program effectiveness with regular reporting.
