Ouster Inc. in San Francisco is seeking an analytical Inventory Control Manager to oversee global inventory, planning, and material control across sites in SF, Venlo, SZ, and Thailand. This on-site role requires occasional international travel for audits and vendor coordination.

You will drive >98% inventory accuracy, ensure SOX compliance, lead MRB, and collaborate with CM, Sales Ops, Accounting, and Supply Chain leadership, while backing the Master Planner when needed.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in inventory control, material planning, or global SCM in manufacturing.
• APICS/CPIM certification preferred.
• Proficient in NetSuite and Salesforce SFDC.
• SOX compliance experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills (reconciliation, VLOOKUP, pivots).

Aufgaben

• Oversee worldwide counts and reconcile all stocking locations.
• Lead S&OP processes and monthly accessory slides for inventory planning.
• Direct POs with CM vendors and coordinate fulfillment locations.
• Resolve backlog issues and support AEs and Sales Ops.
• Manage MRB, quarantine, and disposition with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure NetSuite BOMs and MRP data are accurate; run weekly SCM meetings.
• Back up Master Planner during peak volumes.
