Amazon’s Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) seeks a Software Development Manager to lead design and development of inventory planning systems. You’ll guide architecture, build software, and deploy solutions globally with a team of engineers, researchers, and PMs.

You will drive strategy, hire and develop talent, and balance business objectives while delivering reliable, low-latency services at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams.
• 3+ years of designing or architecting scalable systems.
• 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi‑tier web services.
• Experience with full software/hardware/networks development life cycle practices.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
