Job summary

Mars Global Services (MGS) seeks a Director of Internal Communications to shape and deliver strategic narratives that align Associates with the MGS vision and transformation programs.

The role leads communications across enterprise initiatives, partnering with HR, Digital Technologies, and transformation teams to drive adoption and engagement, including executive messaging and leadership communications. A senior, global scope is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in communications and change management in agency or in‑house settings.
• Experience leading global change communications programs in a multi‑layered, matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to build trust and manage relationships with senior leadership.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong presentation capabilities.
• Experience leveraging AI/GenAI responsibly to drive engaging content.
• Strong understanding of trends, data, and measurement in internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an internal communications strategy aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead communications for large-scale business transformations and change initiatives.
• Advise the President and senior leaders; craft keynote, town hall content, and messaging.
• Drive employee engagement programs and brand storytelling across geographies.
• Oversee content across channels, governance, calendars, and measurement frameworks.
• Manage external agencies and budgets; nurture a culture of creativity and learning.
