Job summary

Mars Global Services (MGS) seeks a Director of Internal Communications to shape and deliver strategic communications that connect Associates to the MGS vision and transformation agenda.

This leader will guide executive narratives, drive large-scale transformation communications, and partner with HR, DT, and business leaders to ensure cohesive messaging across geographies. A Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of experience are required, with a strong emphasis on writing and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 15+ years of experience in communications and change management.
• Experience leading global change communications programs in a multi-layered, matrixed env.
• Strong writing and editing, and ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver strategic internal communications aligned with Mars Global Services priorities.
• Lead communications for large-scale transformations and change initiatives.
• Advise senior leaders on messaging, stakeholder engagement and change readiness.
• Develop engagement campaigns to connect Associates with Mars' purpose and priorities.
• Oversee content strategy across channels and manage governance and measurement.
