Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in agency or corporate communications.
• Strong writing with journalistic approach and ability to craft mission-driven content.
• Experience with internal content creation and management.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging employee stories and content across internal channels.
• Plan and deliver communications with senior leaders and regional colleagues.
• Maintain brand voice, tone, and style, including executive messaging and presentations.
• Monitor engagement metrics (Staffbase analytics) and optimize content.
• Collaborate with global teams across finance, operations, and HR initiatives.
