Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
• 5+ years in corporate/internal communications, with experience supporting senior-level executives.
• 3+ years developing and implementing change management communications for large global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications for Global Functions and partner with key teams to align topics with business priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic comms plans and tactics.
• Develop and distribute internal programs via intranet and other channels to support corporate strategy.
• Direct or advise on highly sensitive projects and provide leadership counsel.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and prepare content for leadership meetings.
