Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Communication Strategist for the Service Internal Communication and Experience team.

You will develop and lead innovative internal campaigns to keep Services employees informed, connected, inspired, and engaged, partnering with leaders and business partners to drive impact across the globe. The role combines strategy and hands-on execution, involving town halls, leadership messaging, monthly newsletters, speaker sessions, and organizational announcements.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in employee or internal communications, with 5+ years working with senior executives
• Experience drafting detailed and comprehensive strategic briefs, and executing successful, complex communication strategies and campaigns
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be onsite; this role is an in-person, onsite position and travel up to 30% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead innovative internal communication campaigns and programs
• Partner with leaders, People Business Partners, business leads, internal partners, and various teams
• Lead projects from concept to realization, including town halls, leadership messaging, speaker sessions, and newsletters
• Draft content for monthly newsletters and organizational announcements
• Oversee the creative development process with design and writing teams
