Job summary

Apple is seeking a Communications Strategist for the Service Internal Communication and Experience team in Cupertino, CA. You will develop and lead innovative internal campaigns to keep Services employees informed, engaged, and inspired, balancing strategy with flawless execution.

You will partner with leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams, crafting messaging for executive presentations, newsletters, town halls, and speaker sessions while guiding creative development and content

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in employee/internal communications
• 5+ years working with senior executives
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience drafting content for internal channels (emails, newsletters, speaker series)
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• Able to work onsite and travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communication campaigns and programs for Services employees
• Collaborate with leaders, People Business Partners, and cross-functional teams
• Draft strategic briefs, messaging for leadership, and speaker sessions
• Plan and execute Town Halls, newsletters, and organizational announcements
