Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Global Communications Specialist to plan, create, and execute internal communications that enhance the Employee experience across NetJets Inc. and its portfolio brands.

You will partner with stakeholders across NetJets U.S., EJM, and NJE to understand priorities, select channels, and connect Employees to the company’s mission and culture. The role involves drafting and editing key messages, supporting events, and ensuring messages are clear and aligned with business

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of internal and external communication campaigns.
• Knowledge of multi-media channels and applications.
• Good time-management, planning and organization.
• Ability to adapt to different audience types.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, creates, and develops internal communications across departments and partners.
• Drafts content tailored to Employees across multiple companies and locations.
• Supports company events and communication needs from planning to execution.
• Assists with crisis communications for digital channels and internal messages.
• Participates in cross-functional projects to support global communications.
