Job summary

GOLFTEC Enterprises seeks an Internal Communications Specialist to lead internal communications strategy and content across the organization. You will craft emails, newsletters, videos, and presentations, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent messaging aligned with the company’s goals and values.

You will monitor effectiveness, maintain a content calendar, and support employee engagement while helping manage crisis communications and internal tools to keep communications

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• Excellent writing and editing skills required.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Experience creating and delivering content (email, newsletters, intranet, videos, presentations).
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the org.
• Knowledge of internal communications best practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Position Summary

As anInternal Communications Specialist,you’llbe responsible forvarious communication strategies and activities that support the Internal Communications Team’s goal of informing, connecting and engaging GOLFTEC team members around the world. You will play an integral role in key functions including managing the GOLFTEC

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the internal communications strategy for the organization, including key messaging, communication channels,calendar,and tactics
• Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, videos, and presentations
• Work with key organizational stakeholders to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant
• Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture
• Assist with crisis communications, ensuring all employees are informed and up-to-date
• Maintain the company’s internal communication tools, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the company’s goals and values
• Coordinate internal events and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture

• BA/BS
• 2-4years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with content creation and delivery, including email, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations
• Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization
• Knowledge of best practices for internal communications
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience managing andmaintaininginternal communication tools is a plus (internal email software,Canva ,etc.)
