Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced People Engagement Business Partner to translate business priorities into audience-first communications. This role provides strategic counsel and delivers integrated internal and executive communications across a global organization.

The role collaborates with Commercial Services leadership, HR and Marketing to shape plans, measure impact, and scale delivery, including responsible use of AI. Strong writing and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement or related marketing communications within a global, matrixed organization.
• Minimum of 5 years advising business leaders and delivering communications for transformation or enterprise priorities.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver an integrated communications strategy for CCO and Commercial leadership.
• Partner with People Engagement Leads, HR, Marketing, Change, and other functions to translate priorities into engagement plans.
• Advise stakeholders on objectives, audiences, messages, channels, timing and outcomes.
• Manage priority communications from intake through content development, approvals and measurement.
• Translate complex topics (growth, AI, skilling, transformation) into clear stories for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate writers, creative teams, channel owners and partners to produce consistent assets.
• Maintain clear plans and approvals, escalate risks as needed.
• Use audience insights and data to improve delivery and scale including responsible use of AI.
