Job summary

Accenture plc seeks a People Engagement Business Partner to translate business priorities into audience-first communications across a global organization. You will provide strategic counsel and deliver integrated internal communications that strengthen alignment and adoption.

Responsibilities include shaping a cross-functional strategy for Commercial leadership, coordinating teams, and using audience insights to improve delivery and scale communications, including responsible use of AI.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of internal communications and employee engagement experience.
• Minimum of 5 years advising business leaders on transformation communications.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver an integrated communications strategy for Commercial leadership.
• Translate priorities into actionable communications and engagement plans.
• Advise on objectives, audiences, messages, channels and timing.
• Manage communications from intake through content development and approvals.
• Translate complex topics into clear stories for global audiences.
• Coordinate writers, creative teams and channel owners for consistency.
• Maintain plans with owners and approvals, escalating issues as needed.
• Use data to improve communications and measure outcomes, including AI use.
