Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a People Engagement Business Partner to translate business priorities into audience-first internal communications and provide strategic counsel across a global organization.

You will shape and deliver integrated communication programs for Commercial Services, working with HR, Marketing, Change, Markets and Corporate Functions to drive alignment and adoption. This role supports transformation and enterprise priorities in a primarily remote model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of internal communications experience in a global, matrixed org.
• Minimum 5 years advising business leaders and delivering comms for transformation.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver an integrated communications strategy for the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial leadership.
• Partner with People Engagement Leads, HR, Marketing, Change, Markets and Corporate Functions to translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Advise stakeholders on objectives, audiences, messages, channels, timing, risks and outcomes.
• Manage priority communications from intake to measurement.
• Translate complex topics into clear stories for global audiences.
• Coordinate writers, channel owners and delivery partners for consistency.
• Maintain plans, owners, dependencies and approvals; escalate high-risk issues.
• Use audience insights and data to improve communications and scale delivery, including AI.
