Job summary

Accenture is seeking a People Engagement Business Partner to translate business priorities into audience-first communications for a global organization. You will provide strategic counsel, shape integrated communication plans, and collaborate with HR, Marketing, Change, and other functions to drive alignment and adoption.

The role emphasizes advisor-level influence, strong writing and storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, primarily remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, marketing communications in a global, matrixed organization.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience advising business leaders and delivering communications for transformation, organizational change or enterprise priorities.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver an integrated communications strategy for the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial leadership.
• Partner with People Engagement Leads, business leaders, HR, Marketing, Change, Markets and Corporate Functions to translate priorities into communications and engagement plans.
• Advise stakeholders on objectives, audiences, messages, channels, timing, risks and outcomes.
• Manage priority communications from intake through content development, approvals, activation and measurement.
• Translate complex topics into clear, credible stories for global and targeted audiences.
• Coordinate writers, channel owners and partners to produce consistent content and assets across internal channels.
• Maintain plans, owners, dependencies and approvals, escalating high‑risk issues when needed.
• Use audience insights and performance data to improve communications and scale delivery, including AI usage.
