You will provide strategic counsel and deliver integrated internal and executive communications to strengthen alignment, engagement, and adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in internal communications, employee engagement, marketing comms in a global, matrixed org.
• 5+ years advising business leaders and delivering comms for transformation or enterprise priorities.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver an integrated communications strategy for senior Commercial leadership.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, Change, and other functions to translate priorities into plans.
• Advise stakeholders on objectives, audiences, messages, channels, timing and risks.
• Manage priority communications from intake to content development, approvals and measurement.
• Translate complex topics into clear stories for global and targeted audiences.
• Coordinate writers and teams to produce consistent content and reusable assets.
• Maintain clear plans with owners and approvals; escalate high-risk issues.
• Use data and feedback to improve communications and scale delivery, including AI.
