Job summary

Accenture is seeking a People Engagement Business Partner to translate business priorities into audience-first communications, delivering internal and executive communications that strengthen alignment and adoption across a global organization.

The role partners with Commercial Services leaders, HR, Marketing and Change to shape an integrated communications strategy for the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial leadership, driving transformation and engagement across functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, marketing communications in a global, matrixed organization.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience advising business leaders and delivering communications for transformation, organizational change or enterprise priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; proven ability to develop and execute integrated, audience-first communications across channels and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver an integrated communications strategy for the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial leadership, aligning priority programs and transformation agendas.
• Partner with People Engagement Leads, HR, Marketing, Change, Markets and Corporate Functions to translate priorities into actionable communications and engagement plans.
• Advise stakeholders on objectives, audiences, messages, channels, timing, risks and desired outcomes.
• Manage priority communications from intake to activation and measurement.
• Translate complex topics into clear, credible stories for global audiences.
• Coordinate writers, channel owners and delivery partners to produce consistent content and reusable assets.
