You will partner with senior leaders to shape proactive and reactive messaging, craft leadership communications, and connect employees to strategic priorities through structured cadence and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in internal/corporate communications in a global, matrixed environment.
• Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on proactive and reactive messaging, leadership visibility, and executive communications.
• Develop and execute communications strategy that connects employees to business priorities — through a clear cadence of meetings, newsletters, and engagement moments, and in partnership across Corporate Affairs, Brand, Marketing, Finance, and People teams.
• Surface stories that build pride and connection — translating business topics into compelling content across channels and formats.
• Lead messaging for organizational change initiatives with clarity, empathy, and consistency across cultures.
• Leverage AI tools to increase impact; design feedback channels to keep strategy responsive; use data to evaluate and refine.
