Job summary

Kontoor Brands, a portfolio including Wrangler, Lee and Helly Hansen, seeks a strategic Senior Manager, Communications to lead internal and external communications. This role will craft compelling narratives that engage employees, support global strategy, and protect brand reputation across media and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with HR, Legal, Operations, Finance and leaders to translate complex initiatives into clear messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with proven ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and channels.
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities with ability to translate business strategy into actionable communication plans.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in communication platforms, content management systems, and digital communication tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring communication effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive internal communications strategies that align with Kontoor Brands' global business strategy and objectives.
• Collaborate across corporate functions including HR, Legal, Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure coordinated support for internal communications.
• Work with business leaders to translate priorities into clear, compelling internal messaging.
• Partner with global teams to ensure consistent messaging across markets and regions.
• Support change management initiatives through strategic communication planning and execution.
