You will partner with the VP of Corporate Communications and collaborators across the organization to craft clear, engaging messaging for a global workforce. Hybrid role at ESAB World Headquarters in North Bethesda, Maryland, with responsibilities spanning governance of internal channels,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, public relations, marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive internal communications experience in a complex or matrixed organization.
Experience supporting corporate events, community relations, or corporate giving is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the day‑to‑day operations of ESAB’s employee communications program, including editorial planning and distribution.
Support senior leaders in communicating business priorities, decisions, and strategy with clarity.
Develop executive and enterprise communications, including messaging frameworks and town hall content.
Coordinate communications for mergers, acquisitions, and integrations with HR, Legal, and leadership.
Maintain calendars, dashboards, and reporting to measure impact and improve effectiveness.
