This is a hybrid role based at ESAB World Headquarters in North Bethesda, Maryland.

  • Support the Vice President of Corporate Communications and senior leaders in communicating business priorities, decisions, organizational changes, and strategy with clarity and consistency.
  • Develop and coordinate executive and enterprise communications, including messaging frameworks, leadership narratives, town hall content, companywide announcements, presentations, and talking points.

  • Develop and distribute communication frameworks, templates, toolkits, and resources that help managers and enabling functions communicate effectively and consistently.
  • Support the governance, maintenance, and effective use of ESAB’s internal communications channels and platforms, including the intranet, email, digital events, and emerging AI-enabled tools.
  • Provide external communications support as needed, including drafting and proofreading newsroom content, press materials, social media copy, executive posts, media-monitoring summaries, and other corporate content, while ensuring alignment between internal and external messaging.
  • Support the Vice President of Corporate Communications in planning and executing corporate events and signature programs, including global town halls, leadership meetings, the annual Values Celebration, employee engagement activities, and other enterprise events.
  • Help build, launch, and administer ESAB’s corporate giving program and related community-impact initiatives, including program guidelines, internal processes, stakeholder coordination, employee engagement, communications, and impact reporting.
