• Deep expertise in automation, lean manufacturing, operational excellence.
• Strong track record integrating acquisitions and building high-performing global teams.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global manufacturing, automation, and operations strategy across regions and product lines.
• Provide strategic direction for Supply Chain, Sourcing, Quality, and Manufacturing through leaders.
• Build and sustain ESAB Operating System grounded in lean principles, standard work, continuous improvement.
• Lead Industry 4.0 deployment including robotics, AI-enabled planning, predictive maintenance, and smart factory tech.
• Optimize footprint, utilization, capacity allocation, and manufacturing resilience for growth.
• Develop enterprise-wide capability via Centers of Excellence and leadership development.
• Partner with Commercial and Product Management to accelerate new product introductions.
• Lead operational integration and synergy capture from acquisitions and initiatives.
• Foster continuous improvement and accountability, driving key metrics and corrective actions.
