Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Social Manager, Brand Communications for an onsite role at the World of Whirlpool Office in Chicago. You will lead the strategy and execution for social across our brand portfolio, coordinating with media, creative and brand teams to engage consumers on multiple platforms.

You will partner with the influencer lead to expand reach, manage content calendars, and ensure social-first campaigns grounded in data and insights.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Social Media or Social Strategy.
• 5+ years of experience with multi-channel communications planning, using data to identify insights and build strategies for social content.
• 5+ years of experience across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Responsibilities

• Leads the social strategy and execution end to end.
• Owns/plans content calendars for always-on and influencer content.
• Lead daily community management to maintain an active and responsive community.
