Accenture PLC in the United States seeks a seasoned People Engagement Business Partner to translate priorities into audience-first communications. You will provide strategic counsel, shape an integrated communications strategy for Commercial leadership, and drive engagement across a global organization.

This role partners with HR, Marketing, Change and Markets to deliver credible stories, measure outcomes, and scale delivery using audience insights and AI-enabled practices in a primarily remote

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement or marketing communications.
• Minimum of 5 years advising business leaders and delivering communications for transformation or enterprise priorities.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and deliver an integrated communications strategy for the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial leadership.
• Partner with People Engagement Leads, business leaders, HR, Marketing and Change to translate priorities into plans.
• Advise stakeholders on objectives, audiences, messages, channels, timing, risks and outcomes.
• Manage priority communications from intake through content development and measurement.
• Translate complex topics into clear, credible stories for global and targeted audiences.
• Coordinate writers, channels and delivery partners to produce content and assets.
• Maintain plans, owners and approvals, escalating high-risk issues as needed.
• Use audience insights and performance data to improve delivery and scale via AI where appropriate.
