Job summary

Accenture seeks a People Engagement Business Partner to translate priorities into audience-first communications for Commercial Services. You will counsel leaders and drive integrated internal and executive communications that strengthen alignment and adoption across a global organization.

You will partner with HR, Marketing, Change, and other teams to shape strategies, manage content from planning to measurement, and translate complex topics into clear stories for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in internal communications, employee engagement, in a global, matrixed organization.
• 5+ years advising business leaders and delivering communications for transformation, organizational change or enterprise priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to translate business priorities into audience-focused communications across channels.
• Proven capability to develop and execute integrated, audience-first communications.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, communications measurement and AI-enabled practices.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver an integrated communications strategy for the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial leadership, aligning key functions around priority programs, growth campaigns and transformation agendas.
• Partner with People Engagement Leads, business leaders, HR, Marketing, Change, Markets and Corporate Functions to translate priorities into actionable communications and engagement plans.
• Advise stakeholders on objectives, audiences, messages, channels, timing, risks and outcomes.
• Manage priority communications from intake and planning through content development, approvals, activation and measurement.
• Translate complex business, growth, AI, skilling and transformation topics into clear, credible and actionable stories for global and targeted audiences.
• Coordinate writers, creative teams, channel owners and delivery partners to produce consistent content across internal channels.
• Maintain clear plans, owners, dependencies and approvals, escalating sensitive issues as needed.
• Use audience insights and performance data to improve communications, report outcomes and identify opportunities to scale delivery, including through responsible use of AI.
