Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement or marketing communications in a global, matrixed org.
• 5+ years advising business leaders and delivering comms for transformation or enterprise priorities.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver an integrated communications strategy for the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial leadership.
• Partner with People Engagement Leads, HR, Marketing, Change, Markets and Corporate Functions to translate priorities into plans.
• Advise stakeholders on objectives, audiences, messages, channels, timing, risks and outcomes.
• Manage priority communications from intake to measurement, approvals and activation.
• Translate complex topics (business, AI, skilling, transformation) into clear stories for global audiences.
• Coordinate writers, channel owners and delivery partners for consistent content and assets.
• Maintain plans with owners, dependencies and approvals; escalate high-risk issues as needed.
• Use audience insights and data to improve communications and scale delivery, including AI use.
