Job summary

Envista is seeking a Global Process Owner & Delivery Lead – Intercompany to design, govern, and continuously improve the end-to-end intercompany process across regions and OpCos. You will standardize, harmonize, and automate activities from transaction initiation to settlement, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires 10+ years in accounting/controllership, CPA/CMA preferred, and hands-on experience with Oracle, SAP, and consolidation/reconciliation platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance/accounting certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, controllership, intercompany accounting, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading large-scale intercompany process transformation and global standardization.
• Familiarity with GBS operating models and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the global end-to-end intercompany process including initiation, recording, matching, reconciliation, settlement, and controls.
• Establish and maintain global intercompany standards, SLAs, and governance.
• Drive global transformation initiatives to digitize and automate processes.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for performance, aging, settlement cycle times, and compliance.
• Partner with IT, Tax, Treasury, and Controllership to optimize systems and data integrity.
• Support audits and maintain strong internal controls; ensure regulatory compliance across geographies.
