Job summary

TransUnion is seeking an experienced accounting leader to drive the international consolidation process across 30 countries, ensuring GAAP-compliant financial reporting and SOX controls. The role oversees offshore resources and partners with regional teams, with a focus on process improvements and integration activities.

Ideal candidates hold a CPA and a Bachelor's in Accounting, with strong ERP/consolidation-system experience, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounting experience with consolidation, financial reporting, close activities and internal controls in multi-entity or international setting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP applied to financial statements, consolidations and reporting.
• Experience with SOX-compliant internal controls and coordination with auditors.
• Experience with intercompany accounting, reconciliations, journal entries and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly consolidation across 30 countries, reviewing workpapers and analyses.
• Ensure accurate U.S. GAAP financial statements and SOX internal controls.
• Oversee offshore resources and mentor accounting staff.
• Support changes from acquisitions, divestitures, or reorganizations.
• Oversee intercompany processes including allocations, journal entries, reconciliations, invoicing, and collections.
