Job summary

Avient Corporation seeks an SAP Business Integration Lead to shape our global digital transformation by delivering SAP-enabled business processes end-to-end across ECC and S/4HANA. You will partner with business leaders, IT, and partners to translate strategy into scalable SAP solutions and drive long-term value.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will own outcomes, guide cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure solution quality while accelerating global process standardization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10-15 years of progressive SAP experience with full lifecycle implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge in SAP domains such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Finance, or Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP implementation and transformation initiatives end-to-end across ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Serve as strategic partner between business and IT to guide design, scope, and roadmap alignment.
• Challenge assumptions to ensure global process consistency and value realization.
• Facilitate global workshops and translate outcomes into functional specs and plans.
• Direct and manage system integrators and partners to ensure timely delivery and quality.
