Job summary

Lindt is seeking an Intercompany Planning Manager in Stratham, NH to lead end-to-end intercompany planning across the US distribution network. You will forecast demand, allocate supply, and balance inventory while ensuring alignment with Finance, Operations, and regional units.

The role requires 5–8+ years in supply chain planning with expertise in transfer pricing and intercompany accounting, plus proficiency in SAP/IBP. This is a hybrid position with three days onsite in Stratham.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, or intercompany operations.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain networks, transfer pricing, and intercompany accounting.
• Proficiency with advanced planning systems and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end intercompany planning, including demand forecasting, supply allocation, and inventory balancing across US network.
• Own intercompany S&OP and S&OE processes aligning sites and teams.
• Maintain intercompany demand signals and supply plans in planning systems (SAP, IBP).
• Develop and maintain intercompany policies, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
